| March 25, 2008 Dear PCCS Client, While writing this letter is necessary, it is a difficult one. As of March 28, 2008, PCCS will cease operations. PCCS will no longer be your support team for Medisoft, hardware/software, and custom reporting needs. This was a difficult decision, but one that was made with many hours of thought and discussion. We appreciate your loyalty over the past years and regret any inconvenience this may cause. While PCCS will no longer be your support team, former employees will continue to offer you the assistance you require. Stephanie Heckman will continue to support the custom reporting needs, while Patrick Thomson will continue supporting your hardware and software needs. I will provide the support for remote back up requirements. Please feel free to call Stephanie, Patrick, or myself with any questions you may have.
