Claims Review with Timely Filing and Submitted Claims Analysis

1. Claims Submitted by Date Billed  This project prompts for the date range of the insurance bill date.  The data is output to a PivotTable to count claims and gross charges by insurance plan.
   
   
2. Timely Filing with Claims Review  This project creates results for all open items.  The Exceptions Manager then determines if there are unbilled claims or if there are claims that are more than 90 days old that are still due from the insurance company.

If there are claims that are still pending the original insurance company over 90 days old (this value can be customized) you will see the following message with the Data Sheet opens:

By using the Exceptions Manager you can view the claims that may need attention.
