Payment Analyzer for The Medical ManagerŪ

The Payment Analyzer provides a wealth of information about the quality of payments for each line item.  The BridgeIt Data Sheet has the following information on each charge line item:

  • Primary Insurance Payment Amount and Percentage of Charge
  • Payment totals for All Payors, Primary Insurance, Patient and Secondary Payors
  • Current status of each line item (Settled, Open, Due from Secondary, Due from Pat)
  • Primary Insurance Payment compared to the Insurance Profile
  • Number of days to settle the charge to zero and Number of days for Primary Payor
  • Other details to assist you in analyzing contracts
